WHAT IS THE EVENT CALENDAR

The ProbonoMatch.org event calendar is provided as a service to the legal services community, pro bono attorneys and the legal community generally. The calendar's purpose is to provide information about:
  -  substantive law pro bono trainings to assist attorneys volunteering for certain pro bono matters that may not be within the scope of their every day practice experience;
  -  legal service activities/events of interest to the legal community;
  -  legal service agency fundraising events; and
  -  other events related to the information on ProbonoMatch.org, such as SCCBA volunteer events and diversity activities.

POST AN EVENT TO THE CALENDAR

Legal service agencies, training providers and others who have an event that could qualify to be posted on the calendar can submit event information by following the instructions below. The event posting will be submitted to the SCCBA Pro Bono Coordinator for approval. It may take up to 24 to 48 hours for a submitted event to be reviewed for approval so please take that into consideration when submitting your posting. We will try to approve submitted events for posting the same day the event is submitted.

SUBMITTING AN EVENT FOR POSTING

Step 1: Go to the Event Calendar by clicking on "Go to Event Calendar" at the top of this page.
Step 2: Click on "View Options" in the lower left hand corner of the Calendar page.
Step 3: On the "Current Session Options" administrative page, enable (by checking the box) "Show the Icon Bar" in the option list; scroll to the bottom of the administrative page and click the "Change Options" button.
Step 4: Near the top right hand side of the Calendar page, click the "Add Event" button.
Step 5: Follow the instructions provided on the calendar admin pages from there.
